This website is amazing! I am a Masters student at Saint Mary’s University in Nova Scotia, studying Industrial and Organizational Psychology (essentially how to apply psychological principles in the workplace). I am writing a paper for one of my courses on discrimination against LGBTQ+ groups in the hiring process. In trying to find articles, I realized that this research is seriously lacking, and the academic knowledge on this topic is very limited. The TransPULSE project is so informative, and very necessary. You all are doing great work.
